No purchases or refunds take place in this prototype. Before sales begin, Nakazaki must publish the seller identity, return contact/address, withdrawal instructions and form, return costs, refund procedure and applicable exceptions.

For eligible EU consumer distance purchases, a withdrawal period of generally 14 days from delivery applies. Statutory exceptions may apply to genuinely made-to-order or clearly personalised goods; a Nakazaki-designed product is not automatically exempt just because it carries our artwork. Defective-goods rights are separate from change-of-mind returns.

EU consumer goods generally carry a minimum two-year legal guarantee, with remedies subject to applicable conditions and national rules. Nothing in Nakazaki’s future policy may remove mandatory consumer protections. No blanket “no refunds” policy is adopted.

Nakazaki’s name, artwork, mockups and website content are presented for personal viewing and review. No permission to reproduce them commercially or misrepresent them as your own is granted. Permissions depend on the rights actually held by the creator or license holder; this draft does not assert exclusive copyright over every AI-generated image.

Third-party names such as Xbox and PlayStation identify controller categories only. No affiliation, endorsement or confirmed compatibility is implied. Applicable exceptions, quotation rights and mandatory law remain unaffected.

Profile fields, uploaded profile pictures, cart contents, payment-method nicknames and virtual balances are held in browser memory and reset on reload. The language choice is saved locally in your browser so it can be restored; clear site data to remove it. Demo password fields are cleared after the preview and are not stored. No contact form, analytics or newsletter service is connected by Nakazaki.

The hosting platform may process network requests and its own access or security information under its policies. Before real accounts, email automation or sales are activated, a complete privacy notice must identify the responsible operator, purposes, legal bases, recipients, retention periods, international transfers and rights/contact process. Use sample information in this prototype.

Nakazaki is currently a project name, not a claim of a registered company. A final operator identity, service address and working contact email have not been supplied for publication. This placeholder is not a completed Impressum. Do not treat the website as ready for commercial launch.
